Ekhtiyar and crew extended our existing tiny bedroom creating an actual usable space. As in the past, very happy with all the work. Communication was thorough and consistent, accommodating both our schedules and everything that came up. Work encompassed extending the existing room including a new roof over the extension, creating openings for and installing windows, installing a new ceiling and floor, adjusting level to remove a previously existing half-step, all plumbing, electrics and decoration work.

Yes Ekhtiyar and his team carried out the following: 1. Removal of the flooring and floor boards, installation 120MM insulation and re installation of floor boards 2. Insulation of ceiling in Cellar 3. Installation of handrail to staircase of cellar 4. Repair of wall next to kitchen door 5. Clean first and paint masonry window surround and sills of external windows Duration 4 weeks Completed 5 August 2025

This is the second time we've used Ekhtiyar and his team at J Interiors and Exteriors, having previous undertaken a garage conversion - a testament to their reliability, quality and customer experience. This latest scope involved: 1. Supply and Erect scaffolding for roofing works 2. Remove old Damaged roof felt 3.Remove and replace old damaged OSB Boards 4. Install NEW GRP Roof and hand over job 5. Dismantle and take away the scaffolding 6. Snagging Project duration was 3 weeks, and as before there was clear and regular communication and quality work to a high standard.

We commissioned Ekhtiyar and his team for a Garage Conversion into a music and gaming studio. The scope included: acoustic insulation to walls and ceiling, water fed under floor heating, rewiring and running fibre optic cables, flooring, a partition to create a boiler room, decoration works, replacement of the garage door with a window, and external render. Throughout, Ekhtiyar was highly professional - with strong communication, accessibility, collaboration and consideration for his clients' needs. His team were also great - friendly, tidy, and efficient. We're now happy repeat customers.

Worked with J Interiors & Exteriors many times and always a pleasure. They communicate clearly and are very punctual and accommodating of the inevitable issues and changes that come up. In this instance, they created and fully fitted out a new wet bathroom. I am completely satisfied with the quality of their work and the attention to detail, the tiling, caulking, fixtures, everything was done with an eye for the details.
