Jamie is a total professional who takes real pride in his work. Since first using his services over 10 years ago I’d never go elsewhere for a plumber or gas engineer.

We moved house about a year ago, our regular plumber that we’ve known for years, informed us that our new house had in industrial heating system and that he was qualified to do work on it, he recommended that we use JHP Services, we did. What a great experience, Jamie who serviced our boilers was polite, informative, very tidy and did a great job. As well as doing the work, they generated a pdf report with photos that documented everything that was done. All in all a quality service.

I booked JHP and Jamie for my Ann Boiler Serv. From the initial enquiry to the booking confirmation, texts reminder the day before and day of reconfirming the app I honestly say they had exceeded my expectations before the visit. Communication is key to establishing a good relationship and gives you an understanding of how that business operates. This business cares about the client. I was told by another company last year I needed a new boiler (11yrs old)! Jamie reassured me my boiler was still current and gave it a full service. Explained what he was doing and was spotless in his work.

The service was friendly, courteous and supportive. JHP guided us through the process of diagnosing our problem and helping us deal with the tech suppliers. The final installation of a new water pump was efficient, quick and successful. No hesitation in recommending them.
