  If you're looking for a trades business you can rely on, then you should give J Hedges Ltd serious consideration. From my initial enquiry, to ongoing communication updates regarding the availability of the spare part for my Samsung washing machine, to the completion of the work required, they have been first class. James was on time, efficient & friendly, willing to answer any of the questions I posed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending J Hedges Ltd to any family members or friends that required a washing machine repair.

  Emergency Freezer repair for my Elderly Mother

  I am so impressed with the work done for my elderly Mum to rapidly fix her freezer. I am based nearly 200 miles away and Gemma & James were able to assess and fix the freezer for her in no time - I HIGHLY recommend them! Andrew

  This is the second time I’ve used James, and once again he was brilliant. He texted me with his ETA and arrived in good time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher, and clearly explained what had caused the problem and how to avoid it in future. Respectful, friendly, and very reasonably priced – a genuinely lovely chap. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.

  New washing machine fitted

  We needed a new washing machine as our old one was beyond repair. We needed it purchased and fitted within 3 days. James sorted everything for us, with his usual cheery manner and he took the old one away, what a result! James is always so reliable, trustworthy and very friendly and we would like to say thank you again for helping us out at such short notice.
