This is the second time I’ve used James, and once again he was brilliant. He texted me with his ETA and arrived in good time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher, and clearly explained what had caused the problem and how to avoid it in future. Respectful, friendly, and very reasonably priced – a genuinely lovely chap. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.

We needed a new washing machine as our old one was beyond repair. We needed it purchased and fitted within 3 days. James sorted everything for us, with his usual cheery manner and he took the old one away, what a result! James is always so reliable, trustworthy and very friendly and we would like to say thank you again for helping us out at such short notice.

James diagnosed serious fault with washing machine that was tripping electrics. Subsequently arranged & fitted new machine. All done really promptly & efficiently.

Checks on all needs required. Cannot fault recommended requirement and work carried out for a new fitted dishwasher. Well done James

Brilliant advice from James, expert delivery and installation and he also recycled my old oven, all with great customer service. Also his orice was cheaper than Currys !

Our washing machine connects to the internet, it was showing an error message with the softener dosing on the machine and on the app. Brilliant service from Jamie, knew how to troubleshoot the issue - would not hesitate to recommend. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
