James was very professional & did a good job.

The hobs on our induction hob and grill weren’t working - from the first phone call it was clear James was very knowledgeable - would definitely use again.

This is the second time I’ve used James, and once again he was brilliant. He texted me with his ETA and arrived in good time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher, and clearly explained what had caused the problem and how to avoid it in future. Respectful, friendly, and very reasonably priced – a genuinely lovely chap. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.

We needed a new washing machine as our old one was beyond repair. We needed it purchased and fitted within 3 days. James sorted everything for us, with his usual cheery manner and he took the old one away, what a result! James is always so reliable, trustworthy and very friendly and we would like to say thank you again for helping us out at such short notice.

James diagnosed serious fault with washing machine that was tripping electrics. Subsequently arranged & fitted new machine. All done really promptly & efficiently.

Checks on all needs required. Cannot fault recommended requirement and work carried out for a new fitted dishwasher. Well done James
