  Cloakroom Refresh!

  We had a sad cloackroom with a worn formica floor and door that required a real effort to open. JF did a wonderfully professional job taking up the old floor, relaying a new floor, renewing all the old beading and adjusting and refitting the original door. A super job. cheerfully done! We would happily recommend JF for a first rate job.

  Bench seating with storage

  JF Stairs and Carpentry built and fitted bench seating in my dining area. I found them via Check a Trade and they quickly came out to do a quote which was very reasonable and less than I had been expecting. They talked me through options based on my idea and built the bench to my specifications. They arranged a date to come out and fit the bench and kept me updated with the progress. On the day they kept the area nice and tidy and were lovely and polite. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. Really pleased with the final result. Thank you

  First class job, good communication

  First-class carpenters. They communicated well throughout, worked efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. The work itself (replacing old banisters and spindles) was first class.

  Staircase Repair

  Very pleased with the repair carried out on our staircase. Clear prompt communication and squeezed us in at short notice to accommodate the decorator. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

  Wooden stairs built to access garden.

  This has been our first experience working with JF stairs and carpentry and they did not disappoint. Communication was quick and professional. They turned up when they said they would. The quote was reasonable for the job I needed and beat other quotes we received for the same job. They went out of their way to help us when we were let down by another company. The completed work was what I needed, and of a very good quality. I am very satisfied with their work and communication, I will be using them again, and would definitely recommend to others.

  bespoke wardrobe in the loft rooms, one for my son room, the other in my room, both in the loft.

  awkward space for wardrobes , carpenter has done an amazing job with the small space they had to work with, considering they had ro walk 2 flight of stairs and cut almost materials outside. it looks amazing 👏
