On time, professional and insightful

Needed to lower an external gulley and pipework to stop a longstanding issue where a long kitchen waste run and slight uphill gradient were causing a gradual blocking of our kitchen waste pipe over time. Joel offered a fair quote and explained fully the approach. The work was done as outlined and I was v happy at the effort made to ensure it was a good job; it involved a lot of concrete removal to lower the pipework before anything could be done. The kitchen wastepipe now empties incredibly quickly and the area has been made good. I'm v pleased and I can thoroughly recommend Joel and Tom.

Joel performed a CCTV survey and subsequent clearance of our drains. Him and his colleague were punctual, efficient and very respectful of the property. They got the job done to a high standard with minimal disruption. He also took the time to answer a few questions I had weeks after the job about another part of the bathroom and provided some welcome advice. Would definitely recommend.

Recommended. Joel responded very quickly to my request for a quote (on a Sunday!) to clear a blocked drain. It was a good price with an offer to attend the next day. He and his colleague arrived promptly at the expected time the following afternoon. They did the job quickly and efficiently, with no mess and no fuss. 5 stars!

We asked JF Drainage to clear all the gutters and drains at a block of flats, and to carry out a repair to damaged drain pipe. Joel responded and carried out the work promptly, for a very reasonable price. We were provided photos and CCTV images of the drains to share with our client who was very happy. Would highly recommend their services.

I called Joel first thing on Monday morning and he told me he would be with me in about an hour. 65 mins later Joel turned up, I explained the issue and within 45 minutes Joel had unblocked the drain. Very polite and prompt service, well carried out no complaints. In the nicest possible way I hope we don’t need to use Joel again, but if we do I won’t hesitate to call him.
