Callum was excellent, he asked for photos and gave a very reasonable quote for the job which we snapped up. On his first visit he informed us the problem was bigger than expected and communicated clearly with us to fix the issue. He booked us in withing 4 days of his initial visit. Him and his colleague worked quickly, efficiently to get the problem resolved. Even when he needed to adjust the plan he made it clear and checked with us before going ahead. If I had any further drain issues Callum and Co would be my first call. I appreciated their speed and excellent customer service thank you !

Communication was brilliant. Turned up when they said and kept me fully informed of the problem and works required. Appreciated their honesty with resolving the issue. Hopefully won't need to use them again but would highly recommend

Callum responded to my initial query online and scheduled to come over to sort the bathroom drainage issue within 48 hrs (would have come the following day of enquiry however I was unavailable). On the call he gave me the quote and this is what I ended up paying (plus extra fee of 5D camera at my request). He explained thoroughly of the job in hand and what I need to do long-term as unfortunately the previous owners of my house clearly did a DIY job of installing the drains. Even followed up with his summary of the job. I would definitely use again and recommend as a company

Received a prompt phone call, clearly told me the price and arranged to come the following day. Arrived a little late (only a few minutes) apologised for the delay and dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently.
