  I cannot recommend Grant highly enough - he was punctual, cleaned up after himself, made sure we were happy with any plans and work throughout, and was so flexible in accommodating our changing timelines when there was a delay with another tradesperson working on our house. His pricing was extremely fair, and he made sure we were aware of any updated costs and had agreed them when we had some additional bits done. He even left torches for us to use when our lights were out of action. A true professional.

  Costa was prompt in providing a quote and completing the repairs when we needed a wall repairing to better support a window lintel. His communication was excellent, his pricing was clear and fair, and the work was done within days of being posted. He and his son were polite and reassuring, and did the work to a very high standard.

  Mel was very communicative throughout the booking and work, he was punctual and friendly, did the work requested for a great price, and capped off some pipes for me when my central heating proved a bit tricksy. I would recommend him for any future work.

  Drain check and reline

  Callum and his team were quick and efficient, they came out on a Sunday to survey our drains and found several cracks, as shown to me on CCTV. They then arranged to come and reline the drain on the following Wednesday. They showed up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, made 4 repairs, and left no mess behind. They covered my drive to protect the brickwork too. Excellent service, would recommend them for fast, efficient service.

  Asbestos survey and removal of asbestos sink pad and piping.

  Kays were fantastic from start to finish at getting our asbestos survey and asbestos removal done in time for a house rewire. The communication with Alan was fast and clear throughout, he gave fair costings upfront and stuck to them, and the lads who came to do the work were on time, friendly and professional, left the house clean and as found (as far as possible when removing asbestos piping), and made the whole process pain free.
