Great job, excellent service

I used JDL to upgrade my current gate and garage entry systems. Their quote included a variety of options allowing me to research and decide the best for me. The quote was competitive and JDL were very responsive with any questions I had. Once agreed the work started quickly with minimum disruption to my household. Jason was very helpful, explaining how things worked , including getting my phone set up with the app. Jason was very understanding as I changed my mind mid-install and was clearly keen that i was happy with the outcome. Will definitely use again

Electric Gate Repair

Jason repaired our electric gates after they stopped working. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He even fitted us in before Christmas which we very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend him, he will be the only person we phone in the future. We have just booked him to come back and look at our house alarm.

JDL Security Services was installer of indoor intruder alarm system at my home before I purchased.

When I moved in to my home I asked JDL Security to service system. I received a very prompt response from Jason and he carried out the service. It was reassuring for me that he was the actual installer and knew exactly what he was doing. I received the Certificate very quickly afterwards. In addition he has since carried out some enhancements and I am very happy and reassured that I have a safe and trusted alarm network around my home. In addition Jason is a very personable and polite trade chap to have in one's home. I trust him completely and cannot recommend him highly enough.

The team at JDL Security were extremely professional and curious. They took the tims to go through all our options at every step, and gave great advise where we were unsure of some aspects. I was very impressed from start to finish. All work was carried out to a very high standard, and we were given an excellent demonstration and training on all products installed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Installation of Alarm and CCTV

I contacted Jason after my neighbour had their house broken into, as I felt very vulnerable. Jason visited my home and talked me through the options available, he was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure to purchase anything. I was very happy with his recommendations of a Pyronix alarm and Hikvision CCTV system, both of which I can monitor from my phone. When it came time for the installation, Jason and Tom arrived on time, well presented and worked clean and tidily. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
