I used JDL to upgrade my current gate and garage entry systems. Their quote included a variety of options allowing me to research and decide the best for me. The quote was competitive and JDL were very responsive with any questions I had. Once agreed the work started quickly with minimum disruption to my household. Jason was very helpful, explaining how things worked , including getting my phone set up with the app. Jason was very understanding as I changed my mind mid-install and was clearly keen that i was happy with the outcome. Jason repaired our electric gates after they stopped working. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He even fitted us in before Christmas which we very much appreciated. I was very impressed from start to finish. All work was carried out to a very high standard, and we were given an excellent demonstration and training on all products installed. I contacted Jason after my neighbour had their house broken into, as I felt very vulnerable. Jason visited my home and talked me through the options available, he was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure to purchase anything. I was very happy with his recommendations of a Pyronix alarm and Hikvision CCTV system, both of which I can monitor from my phone. When it came time for the installation, Jason and Tom arrived on time, well presented and worked clean and tidily. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
