    Bedroom Door lock

    What a gentleman John is, he turned up promptly and did his best to pick the lock as key was lost. Unfortunately the lock was not budging, John tried everything.! So using his specialist tools and experience managed to force the lock and gained access. No other damage done, He then kindly explained what I needed to do to replace unit, also offered to assist me if I had any issues with the replacement. All done and complete. Would certainly recommend John, such a polite and great person. Thank you so much

    door jammed shut by broken lock

    John is very highly recommended. He came round within an hour of calling to repair some UPVC French Doors that had jammed shut due to a broken multipoint lock mechanism. It was quite a challenge to get the doors open but John wouldn't be beaten by them ! Once the doors were opened the mechanism was replaced (John had a spare with him) and everything was adjusted so it was good as new. All for a very reasonable price. John is very knowledgeable and helpful, he's also a nice guy and easy to have in your home. Thanks again John!

    Emergency Locksmith

    We locked ourselves out of the house with the spare key in the other side of the door. John did everything he could without damaging the door and was great at problem solving. We ended up getting through the back door by changing the locks but it was done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price.

    Stuck Lock Fixed

    John arrived at my house within 30 minutes of calling him when I couldn’t get into my house as the key wouldn’t turn in the lock. It was a challenging fix, but John’s methodical approach and knowledge was impressive. He’s polite, tidy and I highly recommend his services.
