Very pleased with the service. John replied quickly, arrived on time, explained the costs upfront, talked me through what the problem was and how he would resolve it and fixed my issue (key stuck in a UPVC patio door). I thought the price was fair for the work done. He was also tidy, polite and a pleasure to chat with. I would recommend his services and use him again.
