We had a jammed shed door with a broken key. An initial telephone contact and rapid attendance followed. John was able to clean the lock and make it serviceable in v good time with no mess at at a very reasonable price. I will use him again. David TN14

John did a great job repairing a loose lock on our front door. Was available quickly, was really communicative and did the job effectively and efficiently.

What a gentleman John is, he turned up promptly and did his best to pick the lock as key was lost. Unfortunately the lock was not budging, John tried everything.! So using his specialist tools and experience managed to force the lock and gained access. No other damage done, He then kindly explained what I needed to do to replace unit, also offered to assist me if I had any issues with the replacement. All done and complete. Would certainly recommend John, such a polite and great person. Thank you so much
