  John attended promptly following my initial contact. We had a chat about the issue and John did not try and sell anything extra. He was honest about what was needed and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. Very helpful, I would definitely recommend.

  The guttering end stop had come off and the supporting bracket had pulled out from its fixing, so rainwater was pouring the wrong way. John visited promptly to examine the situation and had it repaired next day. He also kindly applied sealant to another leak elsewhere.
