John has carried out a few small guttering repairs for me. He has been generous with his time and helpful advice, without any sales pressure.

The guttering end stop had come off and the supporting bracket had pulled out from its fixing, so rainwater was pouring the wrong way. John visited promptly to examine the situation and had it repaired next day. He also kindly applied sealant to another leak elsewhere.

Identified and repaired the fault quickly. A helpful and knowledgeable chap. Recommended, and will use again.

John came out at short notice, was very communicative and got to work quickly to identify a cracked slate after we noticed a leak. John applied fibreglass paint to the area and we hope this will now stop the leak. John was polite and we will use him again if we need to.

Efficient

We noticed a large crack in our chimney breast and the pots were at an angle. John came quickly, quoted and advised on timescale - all of which were accurate and didn't change. When the project started, John noticed the crown and much of the chimney was in worse condition than initially thought. John grinded out and repointed the chimney and rebedded the pots. The end result looks great and gives peace of mind that the chimney is now secure. John also gave a visual inspection of our roof and did some small oddjobs to help secure and futureproof it. Would recommend and use John going forward
