    Replacing the fan in the oven and putting in a new element.

    When I spoke to John, only the fan in the oven wasn’t working, but then the element in the oven stopped and wouldn’t heat up. John came and had a look and ordered the two parts. John gave me a two hour window, which was an accurate guide, coming back two days later with the new parts. He fitted them and tidied up. I have used John before and he has always managed to mend my appliances. I would definitely recommend him, being polite, on time and explaining what needs to be done. Thankyou

We source genuine parts from nationwide service outlets across the UK and aim to return to fix your appliance in the quickest period possible.

Engineers wear company uniform and arrive with the company logo displayed across our vans.

Diagnostic / Labour charge is fixed and any part required would be an additional cost but no further charge to return to fit it. Diagnostic labor charge is warranted for a 30-day period, any part supplied and fitted by us carry a warranty of 12 months.

An invoice and company card are left on every visit with customers
