Arrived between time allocated. Happy well presented Engineer . Completed job in a short amount of time.

John made contact and he promised to come next day pm.By 12 midday he was here and inno time machine part was replaced as he had the brushes with him.

John was very quick to respond to my query and made an appointment to come and look at my oven, quoting me a good price. The same day, John messaged me with some advice on what I could do to try and solve the problem myself and it worked. I throughly appreciated John’s advice without him coming out and charging me. Will definitely use John in the future.

John got back to me within an hour of me requesting a quote, gave me a price and a time the following day. My electric oven wasn’t warming up and needed a new element Reliable, friendly, knew what he was doing and completed the job within 20 min Highly recommend John

Craig had had a long day and arrived at 6.30 on a Saturday. He then spent two hours fixing the problem. I thought his type had died out but apparently, and thankfully, not. A1 service and looking after the customer. Whatever you’re paying him it’s not enough!
