James was able to repair our old alarm system, now back working correctly, didn't try and sell us a new system, a genuine honest tradesman

James came out in the middle of the night to sort my house alarm which was going off continuously and wouldn’t turn off. He was friendly, arrived really quickly and explained everything well. Really appreciate the help once again
