Tado X thermostat installation

It was a nightmare getting the Tado components connected to my home network. It took less than an hour for the hardware installation. However, connecting the Tado thermostat and the sensors to the app was almost impossible. John was with us all along and finally get us connected to a Real Person from Tado (who probably did something remotely to our Tado components). It won't be done without John ! Thank you so much !

I highly recommend John! He’s not only a skilled and knowledgeable engineer but also an incredibly trustworthy and dependable professional. He recently relocated my combi boiler with precision and care, and the quality of his work was outstanding. Everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and to a high standard. Replacing condensing pump

John was quick, communicative and competent. Fast to respond and book in and polite and helpful when he arrived. He got my pump replaced and boiler working again in no time with no trouble and explained all necessary information. A fair price as well. Would certainly get in touch again with any future jobs.
