First Class engineer could not have asked for any better. Fitted new boiler ,flushed the system didn’t leave our home before explaining how the boiler worked and all was running perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. Will definitely use him again in the future.

We had our old gas boiler replaced and were really impressed with the whole process. The installation was meticulous and far tidier than the original setup, and the heating system was thoroughly cleaned as part of the job. Overall, the standard of work was excellent and the engineer was friendly and professional throughout. Would happily recommend.

John does my yearly boiler services so I didn’t hesitate to reach out and ask for help with water which was repeatedly running hot and cold. He managed to squeeze me into his schedule and quickly diagnosed it was the boiler plate. One replacement lager and all is well. Top notch service and will always recommend him.

It was a nightmare getting the Tado components connected to my home network. It took less than an hour for the hardware installation. However, connecting the Tado thermostat and the sensors to the app was almost impossible. John was with us all along and finally get us connected to a Real Person from Tado (who probably did something remotely to our Tado components). It won't be done without John ! Thank you so much !
