  Damp throughout property - rising damp!

  I have not had the work done yet but I had a comprehensive conversation, survey and report to explain exactly what the problem is and remedial works needed. We are picking this up in August once the weather has dried out my property but i wanted to leave a review now to say how helpful they were and would recommend if you have any damp issues!

  Damproof walls in 110 year old house

  Very happy with the works carried out. JB were recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. I had been looking at the rising damp for a few. I absolutely hate upheaval and mess, but Dan and Dean did a marvelous job. Cleaned up, stayed later and took one day instead of two. Thanks so much Tania

  Substantial damp treatment in first home

  Ross and his team were fantastic to work with. They’re evidently guys who know their stuff and presented me with a very comprehensive survey before work commenced. It was carried out punctually and with a smile, and I was kept looped in throughout the whole process. Of course time will tell if the damp actually returns or not, but I have the utmost faith in the work they completed.

  Damp proof + render basement

  Ross was extremely helpful in determining the cause (two chimneys with hydroscopic cyrstals + penetrating dmp from outside on the front. Quickly and clearly drew up the plans and produced a plan. I hated calling other damp people! A nightmare. Lucas then came and completed the work within two days and was a pleasure to work with. Of course all very messy but cleaned up at the end very well. Guarantee in place and now to see it all work!

  Dry Rot treatment in bathroom

  JB Ward and Sons was very professional from start to finish. Ross came in to do an initial survey and was very helpful and honest with me. He quickly followed up with a report and was very responsive when I had questions. The work was completed within 2 days to an excellent standard and for a reasonable price. Lukasz did a great job, kept me updated throughout and had a superb work ethic. I am extremely glad that I went with this company and would definitely use them again.

  Last minute notice they pulled out all the strings to do a dry rot job before the floors went down.
