Dealing with Ross at JB Ward was one of the best construction experiences I've ever had. It involved the evaluation and repair of a significant damp problem below the floor and in the walls, replacing joists, etc. Ross was extremely thorough and patient with his explanations and accurate with the estimate. His crew was extremely efficient and they all went the extra mile when my builders didn't complete the prep work they were supposed to do, so Ross's guys worked extra long hours and over a weekend to complete the work on time. On time, on budget. Super nice to deal with.

Delighted with the damp proofing work JB Ward did for us. The initial survey was done promptly and throughly and the work was then carried out efficiently. The workers were considerate and tidy throughout the process.

I have not had the work done yet but I had a comprehensive conversation, survey and report to explain exactly what the problem is and remedial works needed. We are picking this up in August once the weather has dried out my property but i wanted to leave a review now to say how helpful they were and would recommend if you have any damp issues!

Very happy with the works carried out. JB were recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. I had been looking at the rising damp for a few. I absolutely hate upheaval and mess, but Dan and Dean did a marvelous job. Cleaned up, stayed later and took one day instead of two. Thanks so much Tania
