Before confirming, he asked for a photo of the dripping tap and responded within minutes with a clear and very reasonable quote — not extortionate at all. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and replaced the kitchen tap with no additional cost beyond the agreed price. Professional, reliable, and transparent throughout. Highly recommended.
