  Julius building services is everything a builder should be: thoughtful, professional, reliable, friendly, transparent. oWhere there's an issue he tries to work round it but he doesn't sugarcoat things. He does what it says on the tin. His team is versatile and skilled and no trouble to have around. This is our third project with him - one small extension and two conversions - and we recommend him without reservations.

  All Round Excellence!

  All round excellence! This Company is amazing! The quality of the workmanship is second to none. They have completed two large refurbishment projects at our property which required removal of several walls, fitting beams etc. They fitted a new en-suite bathroom and a kitchen. They are meticulous about their work and left everything very tidy. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, reliable and respectful with a customer friendly flexible approach. Exquisite workmanship…. What more can we say other than we highly recommend them.

  House refurbishment

  After buying an older property, I hired Julius and his team to work all around the property, big and small changes, including a full electrical rewire, decorating, fitting a new bathroom suite, installing LVT flooring, new boiler, structural work, removing trees... there was nothing they could not do! I was very pleased with the communication, tidiness, and attention to detail. Quotes were well priced, detailed and accurate, and works were completed on the communicated schedule . Will definitely use again in the future, and I can highly recommend his services.

  Garage to utility room conversion

  Julius and his team were timely, professional, and executed the work to an excellent standard. Very flexible with our needs, even though we were occasionally indecisive! Pricing was reasonable and there were no surprise costs or increases, everything was performed as agreed. Would also like to compliment them on their discretion and we did not feel impacted by the work at all each day. Highly recommend and will use again for future projects.
