    Outbuilding

    We hired Julius and his team to demolish an existing outbuilding and rebuild it, and we are absolutely delighted with the result. It was a complete job, from digging the foundations and pouring the concrete to the roofing, insulation, bathroom and full electrical fit-out, they handled every aspect with real skill. The team was hardworking, courteous, and respectful of our property, always leaving the garden tidy at the end of the day. Julius was excellent at communicating throughout the build, sticking to the agreed schedule and price, while remaining flexible when we asked for small adjustmen

    Repair to soil pipe damage and making good

    Fantastic service from start to finish - thank you Julius and the team. This was a tricky repair job with difficult access. The initial assessment of the work was spot on and then, once the quote was accepted, the work was arranged quickly and completed in a single day to a high standard (I had expected the work to take a number of days with much disruption - there was none of that). Thanks again!

    Reliable and good quality building team. They also take time with the build details reviewing minor options to ensure the final product delivered is what you want. All building works covered so a complete delivery from foundations to the roof and interior decoration!

    Julius building services is everything a builder should be: thoughtful, professional, reliable, friendly, transparent. oWhere there's an issue he tries to work round it but he doesn't sugarcoat things. He does what it says on the tin. His team is versatile and skilled and no trouble to have around. This is our third project with him - one small extension and two conversions - and we recommend him without reservations.

    All Round Excellence!

    All round excellence! This Company is amazing! The quality of the workmanship is second to none. They have completed two large refurbishment projects at our property which required removal of several walls, fitting beams etc. They fitted a new en-suite bathroom and a kitchen. They are meticulous about their work and left everything very tidy. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, reliable and respectful with a customer friendly flexible approach. Exquisite workmanship…. What more can we say other than we highly recommend them.
