I had an external tap installed from the first floor. The company provided all materials needed. They connected to an existing 15mm water main pipe and installed an isolation valve, external pipework (as directed), pipe insulation, a brass tap which has an inbuilt double check valve, and used copper piping with soldered joints. All the work is very neat and tidy. The cost of the work matched the quote. They visited twice on the first occasion they contacted me to inform me they were running slightly late and on the second visit they arrived on time. Came earlier than expected which was brilliant. Explained everything that he was doing and asked if I wanted him to get the part needed didn't just expect me to want it, which I like. After work completed explained again what he had done and what else needed doing.
