Job location: M5From contacting them to getting someone out was within less than a week. Their communication was excellent. They did change the time of my appointment on the day which was fine for me to accommodate but may not have been for someone else. Engineer was very knowledgeable and friendly.10 Shower leak fix

The engineer was excellent at identifying the issue and offered same-day service at a very reasonably price to dismantle and re-seal the affected area, then and there.
