A great service from start to finish. Very professional and responsive. Shower tray leaking and repaired. Robin didn’t rush the job and was courteous in the house. I would recommend.

My experience with JB Heating and Plumbing was excellent throughout. I wanted to get an existing shower replaced with a conventional plumbed one and the engineer was able to offer useful advice as well as clear options so I knew exactly what was being proposed. The communication throughout was prompt and clear and I will be using them again. Fully recommend

We contacted JB Plumbing and Heating to deal with fluctuating temperatures from our shower, which would frequently drop from hot to cold without any intervention from us. Robin attended, checked and reset the system and put the shower on a lower power setting - we will monitor this to see if it fixes the problem. Robin was very helpful in explaining the shower controls to us and represented his company extremely well. It was the first time we'd engaged JB but they will now be our 'go to' point for plumbing.

The plumber arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work promptly and professionally. He gave advice about future improvements. His final bill was as per the quote. He was pleasant to deal with.

They completed a job on my Boiler, but it was a complete cowboy job. The pipes were leaking shortly after, and despite my attempts to contact them, they never came back to fix the issues. Because of this, I had no choice but to hire a new plumber to do the job properly. I’m very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and failure to stand by their work. I would strongly advise others to think twice before hiring them. Never using them again complete an utter disgrace.

From the initial quotation through to the completion of the work I found the communication to be very good and helpful. The work undertaken was completed in good time and to a high standard. I’ll use them again.
