We had a water leak under our sink with water pouring out. John came the same day and located it. He returned the next morning with parts and fixed it the same day. John was very efficient, helpful and approachable just getting on with the job. Job location: HP10I have used JB Plumbing commercially at my current and last company, over some 25 years. There is no problem too big or too small. Works are carried out quickly and efficiently both in and out of hours, 7 days a week should it be needed. Even during holiday times there is usually cover arranged should something crop up. He has also provided quotes and carried out work for several of our staff in their homes as his manner and professionalism are second to none.9.67 old school professonalism.

We had a problem with our toilet drain that was making life in our new home less than ideal. John arrived - complete with mini-camera and laptop but also some great, old-fashioned chat - and solved our problem. Rather than having to remove the toilet and smash tiles etc, he worked out what another firm had accidentally done (broken our air valve) and found a creative solution.
