Very nice guy, knew exactly what he was doing, very kindly gave some advice afterwards on future work/maintenance recommendations. Came to my rescue in a leak emergency, would recommend Jon to anyone. Great communication as well

John arrived when agreed, made the repair, gave advice about external water board side connections. He was very polite and cleaned up after completing the work. I would recommend him and if needed use him again.

Jon arrived at the time we had agreed. He surveyed the drain piping routes and he identified that the blockage was an accumulation of hair below the bath outlet and in the drain trap. The hair was carefully and successfully removed by him using vacuum and tools without having to disconnect the drain piping and the trap. That would have been difficult as the bath is boxed behind tiling! We are very pleased with the result.

Jon did a great job digging out and replacing an underground foul drain from my kitchen, which was totally blocked. The drain had been re-lined by a different company in September. I noticed the gully was full of water and as I was unable to contact the company that re-lined it, phoned Jon. He came out within 2 hours and confirmed a blocked pipe. I accepted his quote for drain replacement. Jon is a really nice guy and successfully overcame several problems such as forming a new opening into the manhole. He successfully completed the works and kept to his original quote. Highly recommended.

John came round when he said he would. On investigation the problem was a blocked external drain which was causing the water leak. In next to no time the drain was unblocked. Very thorough and tidy, kept us informed all the way thro the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Johns service.
