Called Checkatrade from the leaflet and got through to Jon who promised to get to us within an hour - which he did! First rate rapid service which prevented us from flooding Camberley. Jammed stopcock fixed and new isolation valve fitted to solve our problem. Thank you Jon very much

Very nice guy, knew exactly what he was doing, very kindly gave some advice afterwards on future work/maintenance recommendations. Came to my rescue in a leak emergency, would recommend Jon to anyone. Great communication as well

John arrived when agreed, made the repair, gave advice about external water board side connections. He was very polite and cleaned up after completing the work. I would recommend him and if needed use him again.

Jon arrived at the time we had agreed. He surveyed the drain piping routes and he identified that the blockage was an accumulation of hair below the bath outlet and in the drain trap. The hair was carefully and successfully removed by him using vacuum and tools without having to disconnect the drain piping and the trap. That would have been difficult as the bath is boxed behind tiling! We are very pleased with the result.
