We had a problem with our toilet drain that was making life in our new home less than ideal. John arrived - complete with mini-camera and laptop but also some great, old-fashioned chat - and solved our problem. Rather than having to remove the toilet and smash tiles etc, he worked out what another firm had accidentally done (broken our air valve) and found a creative solution. Very happy.

Called Checkatrade from the leaflet and got through to Jon who promised to get to us within an hour - which he did! First rate rapid service which prevented us from flooding Camberley. Jammed stopcock fixed and new isolation valve fitted to solve our problem. Thank you Jon very much
