  We are very pleased with the work completed on our large extension built above an existing extension. Communication was excellent throughout, with Lee clearly explaining the process. He managed the build and all trades on site to a very high standard. The team went above and beyond, supporting us with recommendations for architects and engineers, making the process stress-free. Everyone was professional, friendly and considerate. The site was always clean and tidy and the final finish exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending the team to anyone.

  Built a wetroom attached to the kitchen.

  Lee and his team were outstanding. Lee had alot of patient working around the building inspector's request which was something new to him and the architecture. It took a little longer but got there at the end. The team worked well together and cleaned up at the end. Well recommended 👌

  JB House Ltd are always attentive and understanding of our residents whenever they carry out work at Oakfield Community. The whole team are dedicated to produce something that is of the highest quality and so, have created a new flat for us, for someone to call their new home. We are a supported living home for adults with learning disabilities, and the work that Lee, Rob, Adam and Ethan have done has shone a light on, and continued us to be able to be proud our ethos and what we are aiming to provide our residents within Supported Living. A fantastic new flat for a well deserved person.

Lee, Rob, Adam and Ethan have worked tirelessly to build a first class extension for us. Everything has been handled with great care and attention to detail. When choosing our contractor, Lee’s professional and meticulous approach stood out and we could not be happier with the results.   We chose JB House after reading reviews, speaking to previous customers and the quote fell within our budget. Our choice was proven correct with a good bunch of lads who were polite, respectful and hardworking. They were punctual and they worked to a high standard. Any unforeseen issues were dealt with promptly and in a calm manner which was reassuring. We had every confidence in the team knowing that everything would be done correctly and we would highly recommend them.
