JB House Ltd are always attentive and understanding of our residents whenever they carry out work at Oakfield Community. The whole team are dedicated to produce something that is of the highest quality and so, have created a new flat for us, for someone to call their new home. We are a supported living home for adults with learning disabilities, and the work that Lee, Rob, Adam and Ethan have done has shone a light on, and continued us to be able to be proud our ethos and what we are aiming to provide our residents within Supported Living. A fantastic new flat for a well deserved person.

We chose JB House after reading reviews, speaking to previous customers and the quote fell within our budget. Our choice was proven correct with a good bunch of lads who were polite, respectful and hardworking. They were punctual and they worked to a high standard. Any unforeseen issues were dealt with promptly and in a calm manner which was reassuring. JB House Building Contractors Ltd have done a fantastic job refurbishing a big section of our Residential Building at Oakfield Community, turning number of tired old bedrooms into 4 brand new self contained flats to enable our adult residents with learning disabilities to live more independent lives through supported living. The guys all worked tirelessly in order to get the project done, not only in great time, but to a great finish. I can't recommend JB House highly enough! What an amazing bunch of guys. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There were only a couple of problems in the beginning, neither to do with these guys, but Lee already had the solution in hand before I was even made aware that there was a problem, so stress-free! Really good communication throughout the project. Thanks to my architect, the roof proved to be really difficult, but again Lee overcame it without a drama. I felt really confident with these guys and had no qualms at all leaving them in the house. Fantastic job!
