Job location: TQ10We have had a whole new air source heat pump system installed by Joe of JB Heating Solutions LTD this week . The work ethic shown , professionalism, detailing and customer service are impeccable. His team were efficient , polite and courteous towards us. Joe and Ollie went above and beyond to ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Amy minor issues were dealt with immediately without any interruptions to job being done. I had a full new Central heating system installed as mine was 35 years old. The job was completed in 4 days. Care was taken to keep carpets clean and all dust and dirt was hoovered up. A very neat job. The men were polite and answered the many questions I asked and nothing was too much trouble. My experience with tradesmen has been varied and I was wary and nervous about finding a gas engineer to fit a new boiler. I must say that Joe has redeemed my faith due to his professionalism, work ethics and brilliant communication. They were personable and friendly and I would have no problem recommending his services to anyone and will definitely be keeping his details for future jobs.
