our boiler broke a couple days before Christmas, I contacted J B Heating solutions who came out as soon as possible ,but was unfixable so needed a new boiler, This got resolved as soon as he possibly could despite set backs due to no stock and purely because of Christmas and new Year ( places not open) . We are extremely grateful for J B Heating solutions coming out at such short notice and helping. Communication and service throughout was excellent.

We have had a whole new air source heat pump system installed by Joe of JB Heating Solutions LTD this week . The work ethic shown , professionalism, detailing and customer service are impeccable. His team were efficient , polite and courteous towards us. Joe and Ollie went above and beyond to ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Amy minor issues were dealt with immediately without any interruptions to job being done. The customer after care was fantastic. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this company - fantastic . I had a full new Central heating system installed as mine was 35 years old. The job was completed in 4 days. Care was taken to keep carpets clean and all dust and dirt was hoovered up. A very neat job. The men were polite and answered the many questions I asked and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the company.

Joe did an excellent job. Fighting bad weather and awkward access to fit a roof exit flue, he got all the work done on time and to a great standard. Communication was frequent and clear throughout.
