  Best service I’ve ever had from any trade

  I looked around a lot to find someone who could fix my oven and could be trusted not to rip me off. I’m so glad I used these guys. Honestly the best service. The best work and they come across like they really care about what they’re doing. I cannot recommend them enough. Trust me JB will not let you down. Amazing job. This level of service is rare these days so Thanks again guys

  What customer service should be.

  This company is what services used to be like. When you phone them you get to speak to a person, not a machine. They let you know well in advance what time they will visit and clearly explain the cost. Then they keep to the time stated. Text message 15-20 minutes warning of arrival. Courteous and professional engineer. A small family business that know how to treat customers. I would highly recommend to anyone who has problems with their cookers.

  Oven service

  Fitting new range cooker

  Ian text me 20 mins before arrival, he fitted the oven with ease and was overly helpful, we spent more time chatting then it took him to fit the oven. Highly recommend and will use again.

  Broken washing machine drum

  Great service, they came out quickly and gave us honest advice on our options, in our case a question of repair or replace. I would absolutely recommend using them.

  Fridge Freezer stopped working

  Very prompt in responding to me. Booked me in and visited on time. Very friendly and looked at the problem quickly and efficiently Identified the problem and gave me a solution and a quote. Unfortunately parts and repairs were close to the cost of a new fridge/freezer so I opted to decline the repairs but I was very happy with service
