  Engineer came out next morning after calling in to report the problem and fixed my cooker within 15 minutes of being there. Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Would 100% recommend.

  Really happy with the work from JB DOMESTICS. Communication was great, told me the callout fee upfront, showed up on time and repair was carried out and cleaned up afterwards. Was very happy to have my dishwasher back! Thank you so much will definitely use again in the future if needed ☺️

  I didn't know how to name the broken parts but nothing was too much trouble for the company to look up Neff - which I had tried but it was not helpful - and it succeeded in identifying them. Was kept in touch by telephone and e-mail, appointment day and time set within a week, indeed, technician phoned to say he was ahead of schedule and could he arrive early! I do recommend.

  Engineer came out and replaced the element in my Beko dishwasher. Was in and out within 20 minutes and got it all working again. Very friendly engineer.
