Ian arrived at 14:30 following an 8min heads up preceding arrival. He proceeded to repair Integrated Double Oven, replacing both elements, very professionally! My American Fridge freezer packed up on Saturday and I spoke to Amy first thing Monday Morning who arranged a visit from Matt for Tuesday. Morning. Unfortunately the fridge a part ordered and was kept updated by Amy the following day. The work carried out by Matt was very professional and both days on time.
