  I needed my dishwasher to be looked at due to repeated faults

  Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Contacted me very quickly, got an adviser round first thing who spent hours patiently looking at the dishwasher and explaining clearly and thoroughly what was wrong. Next steps were advised. Just so reassuring, responsive and precisely what was needed. Huge thanks!

  Fridge appeared not working

  Ian of JB domestics phoned, discussed problem with my fridge. Gave some advice which he suggested would resolve problem, which I followed…and he was correct. Problem solved, no visit….no charge! Excellent service, would use JB again if necessary.

  Replacement integrated fridge freezer

  Electric cooker repair

  Engineer came out next morning after calling in to report the problem and fixed my cooker within 15 minutes of being there. Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Would 100% recommend.
