Ian was polite, friendly and Explained that a part had to be ordered. He researched around and found the best price. As soon as it was delivered he returned to fix it. I would certainly recommend this firm and will use them whenever I need too. A fair price no hidden extras.

My frifge/freezer was leaking water. Made an appointment very quickly by phone. I was sent a text to confirm the appointment, and was given a time slot for the day. The engineer also text me when he was on his way. He arrived promptly, and located a blockage very quickly. He fixed the problem within the hour. Very pleased with the work carried out, and would recommend this local company.

Ian arrived on time with a helpful text 20 minutes earlier to confirm he was on his way. He carefully examined the electrical components of my dishwasher, concluding before long that the problem was a leaking seal in the motor which could not be accessed to replace so a new motor would be required. He looked online and the best price for a new motor was over £150 and his advice was to get a new machine. As he had not actually done any repair work, he reduced his callout charge entirely voluntarily. Ian is friendly, professional and I recommend him without reservation.

The service provided by JB Domestics was outstanding. I was contacted quickly and an appointment was arranged promptly. My machine was fixed without fuss and for a reasonable cost. I was kept up to date on the arrival of the engineer too. I do not hesitate to recommend their services.
