  Bathroom and kitchen taps replacing

  ****WARNING ****AVOID THIS COMPANY**** Plummer Charged £829.20 to replace 2 taps and 2 valves, refused to use a tap I purchased as it would take too long then went ahead and replaced the kitchen tap with a cheap tap without consulting me, defiantly not the tap I wanted. When I challenged the inflated price he went on to say I’m not leaving the house until it’s paid, felt threatened to transfer the money as I was at work and my 69 year old mum was minding my house for the Plummer to come with 2 men demanding £829.20. Did not complete the jobs asked and asked for more money to replace my plug.

  Thanks for your review. We were at your property for 5 hours, supplied and fitted a kitchen mixer tap, as well as altering pipework. Fitted a new bath shower mixer. We also had to drain your central heating system and replace two radiator valves. You were only charged 4 hours labour even though we were there 5 hours, , and £610.00 labour for two plumbers/gas engineers for 5 hours with the call-out fee is quite reasonable. You have since been refunded 50% of the invoice total as a gesture of goodwill.

  Leaky rads

  John came out as an emergency to fix my leaky radiators before my new carpets and flooring where fitted, sorted it in no time done a great job thanks again

  Fixing a leaking pipe

  Able to attend quickly. Although my loft where leak was is difficult to get into they were not concerned and very quickly fixed the problem. Luckily they had replacement pipes with them. Very curtious and explained what the problem was and what they had done to fix it. Would definitely use them again

  Fast and no nonsense.

  Had a phone call 15 mins after requesting someone to replace an internally leaking shower at short notice. Less than four hours later we had a new shower installed and working. Very easy to get on with, and extremely happy with the quick service.
