  Extension to garage and new roof

  Jason, and the team completed the work when they said they would. They turned up every morning on time, were always polite and courteous and tidied up after each day. The quality of the work was excellent, and I would highly recommend them for any building work.

  Structural work (erection of RSJs and windposts) and extension of floor joists.

  Although the steelwork was carried out satisfactorily, the bolts used for the extension of the first floor joists over an opening (spanning the width of the house) weren’t of the correct grade (embossed on each bolt). The contractor was given the structural calculations via. email prior to the work commencing which specified the bolts needed to be of a certain grade in order to ensure structural integrity of the first floor. Despite raising this with the contractor and them informing me that they would rectify the mistake, my attempt to make contact has been ignored for the last 11 days.

  Loft extension

  Jason did a great job with our hip-to-gable loft conversion, extending it out to include a dormer and installing an en suite bathroom and the new stairs. We were particularly pleased with the high quality of Jason's plastering and the smart brickwork, which looks excellent from the outside. The roofing has also been done really neatly, such that you wouldn't be able to tell that the roof has been extended unless you knew. Jason also kept the project on-budget and he was a nice guy to have around, he's very friendly, so we'll be calling him again. We'd happily recommend his services to anyone.

  Large rear extension. Kitchen/diner/living/shower room and utility

  Jason has been fantastic to work with. He is reliable, hard working, personable and has exceptional workmanship. His years of experience are palpable, with ease he has advised, assisted, navigated and found solutions to problems, taking the stress out of it for us. Everything done has been entirely focussed on what we want to achieve, and cost effectively when needed. He always says ‘anything is possible’ and ‘all I want is when I leave for my customer to be satisfied I did a good job.’ We can attest to that and wouldn’t have anyone other than Jason in the future. Simply excellent!

  Single-storey, double-width kitchen extension, fitted kitchen and utility

  Jason Lambert completed our single-storey, double-width kitchen extension, including fitting kitchen, utility, and understairs w/c. Jason was punctual, professional, and reliable, answering questions, returing calls as promised, and doing what he said. No challenge was too great and he sorted any unexpected issues with effective solutions and an outstanding work ethic. The workmanship is first class. We now have a beautiful kitchen extension that has made our dreams come true. Jason was totally reliable and a pleasure to have around. We highly recommend Jason Lambert!
