Jason has completed a single storey extension on our bungalow and I cannot recommend this guy enough! Nothing is a problem for this builder, has a can do attitude towards everything he does. Jason is a great guy to have around, turns up every day and doesn’t stop !!! We are so pleased with what he has done for us and it’s better than we had imagined.

This was the first time I had used Jason, but it certainly will not be the last. Infact, I am already in talks with him regarding a potential garage conversion too. He was polite, happy, informative and gave me alot of pre-work advice and expertise, which was much appreciated. Jason was punctual, professional and went the extra mile at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend his services in the future.

Jason, and the team completed the work when they said they would. They turned up every morning on time, were always polite and courteous and tidied up after each day. The quality of the work was excellent, and I would highly recommend them for any building work.

Although the steelwork was carried out satisfactorily, the bolts used for the extension of the first floor joists over an opening (spanning the width of the house) weren’t of the correct grade (embossed on each bolt). The contractor was given the structural calculations via. email prior to the work commencing which specified the bolts needed to be of a certain grade in order to ensure structural integrity of the first floor. Despite raising this with the contractor and them informing me that they would rectify the mistake, my attempt to make contact has been ignored for the last 11 days.

Jason did a great job with our hip-to-gable loft conversion, extending it out to include a dormer and installing an en suite bathroom and the new stairs. We were particularly pleased with the high quality of Jason's plastering and the smart brickwork, which looks excellent from the outside. The roofing has also been done really neatly, such that you wouldn't be able to tell that the roof has been extended unless you knew. Jason also kept the project on-budget and he was a nice guy to have around, he's very friendly, so we'll be calling him again. We'd happily recommend his services to anyone.
