Job location: LA4Jimmy contacted me and we spoke on the phone. I texted details and photos and he came round the following day at 9am as agreed. The job took less that 10 minutes because he had the right tool, one that is no longer easily found. Very satisfactory all round. He is on my special list under "Plumer".10 Great communication
