turned up and offered great advice, not only with the issue but general plumbing in the kitchen as well. you could also tell that he was being helpful and not fishing for further work.

Fast response and issue solved promptly

First off, great communication. Arrived at the agreed upon time. Very helpful, great work, kept my kitchen clean, and very good price. 10/10 job.

He arrived at the time he had said he would. He looked at the job, told me exactly what was wrong, told me what he intended to do and asked for my permission to do it. The work was completed and he made sure he cleaned the work area when he had finished. He was cheerful and worked efficiently. His tools were well cared-for, an indication of a thorough workman.

Phoned me within 5 minutes of me leaving details with Checkatrade and came round then and there. Within 20minutes the job was sorted. Very friendly, confident and knowledgeable, explaining and showing me photographs of the initial problem and the work he’d carried out to fix it. I would use JAR plumbing again. Excellent service and a very fair price. It was a huge relief to get the leak fixed so promptly.

Jimmy was very quick to respond and sorted out the issue within 2 days, would recommend!
