JAR came out and replaced the internal parts and handle, I was kept informed of choices. Work was quickly carried out and toilet now works like new. Very pleased with his workmanship.

Jimmy contacted me and we spoke on the phone. I texted details and photos and he came round the following day at 9am as agreed. The job took less that 10 minutes because he had the right tool, one that is no longer easily found. Very satisfactory all round. He is on my special list under "Plumer".
