  Very easy to work with. John called to let me know he was on his way and talked me through what he was doing and what he could see during the service (boiler and gas fire, plus cleaning of metallic filter). Very clean and tidy workman - pretty sure he left our fireplace cleaner than when he arrived! Has also offered a reminder call when the service is next due, which is very much appreciated. Would recommend.

  John is a lovely man, and I would highly recommend him based on the boiler service he carried out. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. He was also great with our two dogs. If you need a reliable and professional service, John is your man!
