Prompt, professional and very reasonable

This is the first time John had worked for us and we were so pleased that we chose him to do the service. He did a really thorough job and checked things that no other gas engineer had before. There was no cleaning up to do after he'd left which was a new experience for us. He is polite, friendly and respectful and we feel very comfortable having booked him for the service next year. He would be our first choice if we needed a gas man again and we would have no hesitation in recommending John to others.

I booked John to reconnect, service and replace a missing screw in our gas fire. He identified that the screw wasn't missing but had broken off. Did a good job at drilling out the broken bit and replacing the screw. He reconnected the fire but didn't carry out the service or any safety checks. Took offence to me watching him whilst he worked. He appeared at one point to be wrapping up the job without replacing all of the screws for the fire, I had to point this out. One obsolete part for the fire has gone missing. I have no doubt that he can be nice but didn't present as very pleasant with me.

Very pleased with the service, John was on time, polite, respectful and did a great job. Will absolutely go to John again for any plumbing needs
