  A received a rapid response to my first contact and an early appointment to diagnose the problem. Liaison with the manufacturer to obtain parts was problematic, but Jonathan stuck at it and sourced the parts. Throughout I was kept informed, appointments made were kept to and timely . Overall the service, customer care and support offered were excellent and I would certainly recommend them.

  Our experience with J&J has been nothing other than faultless. Jonathan has been professional, courteous and punctual in every interaction. He was efficient, tidy, and provided the best quote by far. If you're thinking of having air con fitted, for us it was for our business, don't waste your time getting any other quotes in and go for J&J straight away

  First, we had a very detailed estimate for the work to be done. Everything included and no hidden cost. Everything was explained again in detail in person. The work was carried out to a very high standard under difficult conditions. The team managed to work around a busy vet practice without causing any disruption and left the place clean and tidy. In a final meeting, it was explained how to use the system and future servicing was planned. The invoice arrived quickly and didn't go over the estimate. The overall cost was competitive. I highly recommend J&J Air Conditioning and Refrigeration!

  I contacted Jonathan at j & j air conditioning and he turned up at the agreed time, well mannered and reassured me with his knowledge. We received the quote within a couple of days and was happy with the job to go ahead. Jonathan turned up at the agreed date and carried out the job with very little disruption. Very happy with his work and highly recommend this company. Will use this company for future services.
