I have recently had an air conditioning unit fitted in my home by J&J Air Conditioning, Clydach, Swansea. Unlike most traders, Jonathan answered the phone immediately and attended promptly to provide a quote. Compared to other firms, I found the quote very reasonable and we proceeded with the job at an agreed date. Jonathan attended on the agreed date and installed the unit with no fuss. The unit looks good and performs great. I would absolutely recommend this firm for any air conditioning installation in the Swansea area. E.B (Sketty, Swansea).

They promptly came to the house explained what would need doing and the options that were available. Explained the wait for units and materials and when it could be expected to be completed. Ordered units as soon as job was agreed upon. Units came through faster than expected and service was efficient.

Jon and his brother were fantastic throughout the process. From the start Jon was very open and honest and I learned more about AC and what was actually best for me, just from chatting to him. I can’t recommend J&J enough, they were as close to perfect as you can get. Thanks guys

Professional installation carried out last week. Everything explained to me regarding how my equipment would be installed. Jonathan and his team were polite and friendly and cleaned everything up as they went along. Very happy with my new air conditioning ready for the next heatwave.
