    Disappointing follow-up and customer service

    I have used J&I Cleaning Ruislip for end-of-tenancy cleaning in previous years and, while the service has never been perfect, it has generally been good enough and I have been happy to use them again. Unfortunately, my experience this year has been very different. Following the cleaning, the new tenants raised three relatively small issues that had apparently been missed. I contacted J&I several times and patiently asked if they could simply return and resolve them. J&I asked me for photographs. I explained that I had personally seen the issues and
