We used J&I Cleaners to clean Food Kiosk & Extractor Fan at voluntarily run Football Club as we had used year before. However on this occasion the service was very poor. They returned as areas were not cleaned properly, throughout the cleaning process they damaged the heating elements on the Fryer & refused to take responsibility despite all evidence showing that damage was caused by them. Complaint went back and forth for weeks/months and eventually I had to claim from my Insurers. Really disappointed in service/attitude and lack of professionalism ! Will not use them again!

Smooth communications during the quotation process, very detail. 3 workers did the apartment cleaning, another worker did the carpet cleaning. The workers are polite.
