Pleased with the results of the work. The sealant applied to the concrete guttering appears so far to have stopped the water penetrating into my property. The paint in my bedroom had bubbled and was coming off the walls. I am pleased to report that it has dried up now.

Finding a reliable roofer at short notice is a daunting prospect when we needed an urgent repair. I was very happy that Jamie Cannell was recommended to me by two of our friends. We needed some ridge tiles re-cemented and some replaced. Jamie gave a few options for the repair. Once agreed, the work was scheduled and completed within a week. The finished repair is an improvement on the before situation and is clearly well finished. A very professional job. Clean and tidy with all waste taken away. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Jay was the first to respond, but had him back as the trader I'd gone with originally let me down. Did a great job on my roof repair, wouldn't hesitate to have him back again.

Polite and very easy to deal with, Jay gave us a clear outline of the work to be done. When it was finished, they shared photos of the repairs. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.

I posted the job on here and various trades declined the job but luckily some were interested in the job. I went with Cannell Roofing Solutions because their pricing was reasonable and they had good reviews. They completed the job on the day that we agreed and they did a excellent job.
