  Dripping gutter at the front of the house, loose slate at the back of the house.

  I posted the job on here and various trades declined the job but luckily some were interested in the job. I went with Cannell Roofing Solutions because their pricing was reasonable and they had good reviews. They completed the job on the day that we agreed and they did a excellent job. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future. Thanks guys for coming down and completing the job.

  Blocked Drain/Blocked neighbours Drain

  I had a blocked drain after being let down by a unprofessional drain engineer I called Clear Flow Drains, they came down as agreed and got to work, the issue was a neighbours manhole, they showed me exactly what the issue was and what they did to solve it. Clear Flow Drains gave me good advice on how to contact Seven Trent to get some compensation back as one of my neighbours was causing the issue. I would highly recommend Clear Flow Drains, very professional and plenty of years experience. I have uploaded some pictures of my neighbours drain it was one of worse they had seen.

  External wooden door that wouldn't open due to the weather.

  I had a external wooden door that wouldn't open due to weathering. I posted the job on Cheackatrade and was messaged by Serg from SZK Construction asking for details about the job and photos, I gave him the details/photos and we agreed on a price and day to do the job. He and his brother turned up on time and did an excellent job on the door, he also did some other small jobs I needed doing which was very kind of him. I would highly recommend SZK Construction to anyone and would use them again in the future.
