Boiler repair

Billy is an absolute star. I called him after literally speaking to around 20 other companies who all said they won’t come till a few days later. Billy understood the issue and turned up to my tenants in an hour. He was very honest and told me there was no need for any parts or heavy repairs. Just a few tweaks and he managed to fix the issues in no time. He had pre agreed the call out charge and I was very happy to pay it. I found Billy to be very honest, polite and efficient. I’d be highly recommending him again.

Leaking stopcock under kitchen sink

I needed an emergency plumber. Billy was very helpful on the phone. Asked for photos/videos to diagnose the issue and quoted over the phone. He arrived at the time expected. Explained what he was doing and what he had replaced and repaired. He was very courteous and friendly.
