Billy understood the issue and turned up to my tenants in an hour. He was very honest and told me there was no need for any parts or heavy repairs. Just a few tweaks and he managed to fix the issues in no time. He had pre agreed the call out charge and I was very happy to pay it. I found Billy to be very honest, polite and efficient. I needed an emergency plumber. Billy was very helpful on the phone. Asked for photos/videos to diagnose the issue and quoted over the phone. He arrived at the time expected. Explained what he was doing and what he had replaced and repaired. He was very courteous and friendly.

William was prompt to respond on WhatsApp, arrived when he said he would, was tidy, did the job with ease and lovely manners too. What more could you want.
