  I would definitely recommend James if you have electrical work to be carried out. My elderly parents had a problem in the kitchen and their electrical sockets kept failing and they couldn't use their appliances. James was reliable, punctual, polite. and patient with my parents. He was very thorough and carried out the investigative work and found the fault which had been ongoing for months. James repaired the fault (August 2025) much to the relief of my parents who could start to use the kitchen again. James provides skill &value for money if you need electrical work doing give him a call.

  An honest, quick and efficient service

  I am impressed with the service. I have contacted James on a couple of occasions prior to this and he has helped me resolve my issue over the phone, saving me any unnecessary costs. This time the electricity to the boiler wasn’t working. Communication was good, Jack came on time and changed the 45 amp plug and now the boiler is working. A quick and efficient service.

  Excellent, tidy job

  We recently had heated floor mats installed by Jack at James Paul Electrical, and we’re really pleased with the work. He did a tidy, professional job and everything was completed to a very high standard. Communication was clear throughout, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. We’re very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Professional and Efficient service

  I called James out of the blue. He immediately answered his phone and asked me ti send him some images of my electrical problem. Which he diagnosed from these images. He made a special visit to my house on a Sunday to confirm the problem was what he thought. He then booked the work in and promptly sent his colleague Jack to fix the problem. The service we received was extremely professional and efficient. I cannot recommend the company enough and would definitely use them again.

  Removing 3 light fixtures and replacing them
