James Paul Electrical were excellent. We had another quote from someone who just saw problems, whereas James and Jack were solution driven and did the work on time and on budget with very limited intrusion (we were expecting a lot more). Job location: RH2Fantastic quality of work, fast! and tidied up well after. He was well presented and ensured to look in the roof while giving quote and discussed options on cable routing and lighting locations. Last week, my bathroom fan broke down. James responded promptly to my message and came over the very next day. Initially, James was tasked to replace and refit the new bathroom fan. However, during his inspection, James discovered water accumulating behind my light fixtures and the faulty fan. Despite having other commitments that day, James generously offered to investigate the source of the leak. James identified that the leak was from my boiler and spent a good two hours clearing the area. James then connected me with a reliable plumber who was able to fix the leak.
